A foreigner has been arrested for sexually harassing Ms. Afshan Latheef, the CEO of the Local Government Authority ( LGA).
In a tweet Afshan has stated the person who assaulted her while she was out jogging has been arrested. She added that public spaces need to be safe for women and we need to be tougher and harsher on perpetrators.
