The construction of Bahaudheen Road at S. Hulhumeedhoo is nearing completion, with overall 97% project progress, said the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC).
The company also said that the pending work of installation of a stormwater pump station is currently ongoing with 83% completion.
The construction of Bahaudheen Road was awarded to MTCC by the Ministry of Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure. The project is valued at MVR. 41.8 million.
The scope of work involved in the project includes sidewalks of 6,060sqm; a carriageway of 17,776sq. The project also includes the installation of a stormwater management system; streetlights and road markings.
