Recent records of the Maldives Airports Company Pvt ltd (MACL) show that arrivals of Chartered flights and Private jets to the Maldives are increasing since the border reopening.

As per the MACL records, so far 273 jets, have landed since the border reopening on the 15th of July. From which, 28 Jets landed in July, 59 Jets landed in August, and 60 Jets in September. The records also show that already 126 jets have arrived so far in October.



Along with a major increase in Chartered flights and Private jet arrival to the Maldives, Maafaru International Airport in the Noonu Atoll in the Maldives had a total of 8 flights landed in one day, last Saturday.
