The Maldives Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has officially launched its enhanced mobile application, introducing a host of advanced digital features aimed at delivering a faster, smarter, and more seamless customer experience.

e-Faas Login : Secure and seamless access via the national digital ID platform.
Automated Meter Linking : Smart linking of all utility meters registered under the user’s name.
Service Applications and Payments : Customers can apply for water and sewerage services, track application progress, and make payments directly through the app.
Smart Meter Telemetry and Predictive Billing : Daily readings, consumption insights, and forecasts of monthly bills.
Bill Request Tool : Submit meter readings and photos anytime during the month to request immediate billing.
Multi-Pay Option : Enables payment of one or multiple bills or accounts in a single transaction.
Account History : View up to one year of account statements.
Speaking at the event, Managing Director Abdul Matheen said the launch marks a significant milestone in MWSC’s commitment to smart and environmentally conscious service delivery. He described the app as the first phase of a broader digital roadmap to improve public access to utility services.
