Speaking at the opening of the 5th National HR Convention organized by the Maldives Association of HR Professionals (MAHRP), Minister Thoriq said fostering an environment where individuals can demonstrate their skills is a key priority of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu's administration.
He highlighted the government's focus on workforce development within the tourism sector and called on stakeholders to seize emerging opportunities. Thoriq noted that comprehensive policies are being formulated to strengthen the capacity of skilled workers.
